Research areas
I am a Ph.D. student modeling rupture scenarios, ground motions and tsunamis as a result of earthquakes along crustal faults beneath Seattle and Puget Sound. This research is part of the Cascadia Coastlines and Peoples Hazards Research Hub, and I am excited to pursue geophysics research that has immediate relevance to our understanding of natural hazards in order to mitigate their damage.
My research interests include: seismology, ground motion models, earthquake hazards and early warning, tsunami generation and inundation models.
I received my Sc.B. in Geology-Physics/Mathematics from Brown University.
