Research areas

I received my B.A. in Geosciences from Smith College in May 2024, where I studied how skeletal abundance and biodiversity changed across the Great Ordovician Biodiversification Event. I spent the next year working as a lab tech at Johns Hopkins University in a sedimentology and stratigraphy lab, which solidified my interest in the coevolution of life and environments. As a PhD student, I use field based and quantitative methods to study the evolution of reef systems in deep time.
