Required Field Trip Documentation
Trip leads must complete the following (1-7) documentation prior to taking students into the field. See here for a more verbose to-do-list.
- Start your field trip registration (under construction, email information below to Kristin Evans, )
- Create a Field Safety Plan
- Make a list of participants (xlsx)
- Have participants acknowledge risk (pdf)
- Ask participants to read these guidelines (pdf)
- Finish your field trip registration
- Review the UW Field Operations Safety Manual
