Required Field Trip Documentation

Trip leads must complete the following (1-7) documentation prior to taking students into the field. See here for a more verbose to-do-list.

1. Start your field trip registration (under construction, email information below to Kristin Evans, )
2. Create a Field Safety Plan
3. Make a list of participants (xlsx)
4. Have participants acknowledge risk (pdf)
5. Ask participants to read these guidelines (pdf)
6. Finish your field trip registration
7. Review the UW Field Operations Safety Manual
