Keys and Building Access

Reserving a Room

To reserve a room, please use the Room Reservation System. Follow the ESS Room Scheduler Guide if you have questions.

  • The person making the reservation is responsible for cleaning up after the group. If the room is not cleaned up, you will be held responsible.
  • Room 151 in Johnson Hall is a dedicated zoom room. Reserve the room using the room reservation system.

Surplus

Please refer to the “How to surplus unneeded items” guide before requesting assistance with surplus.


Reserving Equipment

Students

The UW Student Technology Loan Program allows students to borrow laptops, cameras, projectors, and other equipment. To be eligible for the program you must be enrolled for the current quarter at the Seattle campus.

Department resources

To borrow A/V equipment such as laptops, laser pointers, slide clickers, microphones, etc. please visit the main office and check out desired equipment. This equipment cannot be checked out for longer than 1 day.


Mail and Phones

Please pick up your mail and packages regularly from the department mail room JHN 062. Packages can be delivered through campus mail, or through the usual shipping services. Report phone service problems on UW phones to here.
